Hanbury Point House

An extensive remodel and additions to an outdated cabin create this 4 bedroom, 4 bath contemporary house. Located on a bluff with water views to the north, south and west, the project fully utilizes the site with wrap around decks/patios, a sunken bluestone fire-pit, and path access to a boat ramp in a small cove.

Neil Bay Retreat

A modern interpretation of the beach cabin/getaway. Set back from a small beach, the house nestles into the hillside, and its angled "L" shape captures the panoramic view of Neil Bay. The house features unique complimentary textures and colors on both the exterior and interior.

Griffin Bay Residence

Sweeping curves frame the covered entry of this waterfront home. A large covered porch protects an outdoor living area with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Timberframed trusses support the shed dormer clerestory windows of the main living hall.
